Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit may be required before booking. In an occurrence of a last minute cancellation or no-show, there will be a fee to cover the cost of services loss and inability to refill appointment spot.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Deposit may be transferred to rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 30% of services booked and will need to pay a new deposit before rescheduling.
No shows will be charged 50% of services booked and will need to pay a new deposit before rescheduling.
Late appointments are considered a no-show after a 15 min grace period with or without notice, will be charged 50% of services booked, and a new deposit will need to be paid.
If you are sick, we will need to reschedule until you’re 100% feeling back to normal with no symptoms or fever. Please give notice as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fee.
